Registered Nurse

A Medical–Surgical Nurse provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical or surgical conditions. The role involves patient assessment, clinical monitoring, medication administration, post-operative care, care coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes in accordance with Australian healthcare standards. The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality nursing care within scope of practice, involving residents, their families, and the wider community to enable residents to celebrate life at every stage within their home locality.
